TIP #1 Just start
Lots of people have their amazing ideas for contents, but not a lot of people actually start things that they have in mind. I saw this interesting sentence on online says “only 1% of people actually take action and start something” and it’s very true. Even if you have beautiful business idea or amazing contents idea, it’s nothing until you actually start and take action. What are you waiting for? Sometimes it’s important to just start and figure out and learn by yourself from your own experience.
If you think you can make a positive impact and influence people, in a positive way, you should go and just do it. Don’t be scared about what people will think, at the end of the day, you’ll be proud of yourself.
Tip #2 Find your niche
Make it very clear about why people should follow you. What are you good at and what’s your purpose? What can you give to the audience? There are lots of niche that you can choose such as fashion, health, fitness, makeup, travel, gaming, lifestyle, and so on.. It’s also important to decide your picture theme and integrate the color, theme and vibe, so that before people follow you, they can kind of get the feeling if they like your page vibe or not.
Just make it obvious and clear about your niche!
Tip #3 Add value
A lot of people tend to miss this point, but to add value is something you don’t wanna forget for sure. When you post a picture, make sure you’re adding a value in some way. For example, if you have health and fitness account, by posting your secret eating tips or useful information about healthy food or workout routine, you are giving value to the audience.
Not only graphically (picture or video), but also caption is best place to put some extra information to the audience.
Tips #4 Be vulnerable and show your personality
By showing your weaknesses and days you feel down, you’ll be able to feel more connection with the audience. Because people tend to follow someone if they feel like they have connection with the person. Don’t get me wrong, balance is the key, but when people see the human touch, they feel connection. So not too intentionally, but you can show your ups and downs and share your personality without hesitation.
