Tuesday: Turn off

From 8pm, my smartphone and other devices automatically turn on night mode. Because if you use smartphone or other digital devices at night, our brain think the blue light as sunlight and they don’t produce melatonin as much as it should be. At least try to turn off digital devices 1-2 hours before sleep time.

Wednesday: Avoid alcohol

I like to drink few glasses while I cook dinner for my family, but I stop drinking at 6pm. After 2 glasses, it’s gonna affect your sleep quality. Alcohol has lots if sugar so if you drink too much, your nerve will get excited.

Thursday: Eat foods that include lots of melatonin

I usually get hungry after eating dinner, so I eat nuts such as walnuts, almond or giji berry contains lots of melatonin. You can take pills or gummies as well if you prefer especially when you travel,

Friday: Drink hot lemon water

Weekends are usually intense, but to sit down and just drink hot lemon water is the best choice for your high quality sleep.

Saturday: Rejuvenate while sleeping

The time your skin rejuvenate is while you’re sleeping. So do not ever forget to remove makeup, clean your skin and put anti-aging skincare not just sleep with makeup on right away after drinking or going out. The key products here are cell turnover, dry blush and micro needle.

Sunday: Recharge and relax
