How to Stop Being TIRED All the Time

You sleep in REM cycles at 90 minutes at a time and most people get 2 or 3 times per night. REM cycles are when you actually get your deep sleep and that makes you more awake in the morning. So what you need to do is to get into circadian rhythm. It’s important to go to bed at the same time at night and wake up same time each morning.
