Instagram users reported that Instagram had technical issue last night and so many users from all around the world couldn’t refresh feed for about 30 minutes on January 29th at around 9:20 JST.
People were going crazy about it on all over the internet complaining. About 2 hours later Instagram announced that they fixed the bug completely. Also after the bug, there are still some system failure left such as language faculty and many people are still struggling to change from English to another language due to the update they required us on the same day.
Below is the screenshot of down detector. We can tell that the damage is bigger especially in the US on the east and west side. 
I know it is annoying not to have access to the app everybody love, but let’s think positive this is great opportunity to see the real world not on your tiny screen!
